Finally we will put all the pieces together to ensure you can bring your place brand to life.

You will have been working towards this goal, and in this session we will think about how to bring it together into an elegant package that will impress politicians, decision-makers and other key stakeholders.

By the end of this session, you will have:

• The knowledge and skills necessary to create and implement a successful strategic action plan for place branding.
• A clear understanding of the steps involved, the factors to consider, and the methods to measure the outcomes of their branding efforts.
• A template to develop your Strategic Action Plan with all the components necessary to implement the strategy.
• A template for a Briefing Note to begin pursuading decision makers to undertake the place brand implementation journey.
